- Calibration of building systems, including energy management, lighting and HVAC
- Diagnostic testing of major systems and equipment
- HVAC controls to optimize rooftop units and air handlers
- Refrigeration and chiller system controls
- LED lighting, sensors and optimization schemes
- Building shell and weatherization upgrades
- Other program-eligible improvements
Effective Dates
To qualify for incentives, equipment must have been purchased and installed after January 1, 2024, and after the receipt of a formal pre-approval letter from the Program Administrator.
How to Apply
Contact the Closed Network Provider assigned to your area to schedule a site visit at your facility, at which time they will conduct a detailed analysis of your energy use.
