Earn more on every Retro-commissioning or Retro-commissioning Lite project. Incentive rates have increased from $0.20/kWh to $0.38/kWh when submitted and pre-approved by Dec. 16, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• All new RCx and RCx Lite projects are eligible.
• Projects must be preapproved by Dec. 1, 2026. Preapproval typically takes up to 15 business days after a complete application is submitted. Incomplete submissions may cause delays and result in your application not having adequate time for review in order to meet the preapproval date. Applicants are encouraged to submit early to ensure adequate processing time.
  • A project is considered pre‑approved only when the offer letter has been signed by the customer.
• Construction must be complete and all final paperwork (including LOA) must be submitted by Jun. 1, 2027.

If you have previously completed—or will complete this year—a Building Operator Training (BOT) course, you may be eligible for a bonus incentive when submitting a qualifying project application. Bonus amounts are based on the verified CO2 reduction of the project, with incentives available up to $5,000.

• Customer must have completed a PE sponsored BOT training since Jan. 1, 2024.
• For a new project(s) submitted on or after Dec. 16, 2026.
• Projects must be preapproved by Dec. 1, 2026. Preapproval typically takes up to 15 business days after a complete application is submitted. Incomplete submissions may cause delays and result in your application not having adequate time for review in order to meet the preapproval date. Applicants are encouraged to submit early to ensure adequate processing time.

• Bonus payment will be issued at the time of incentive payment. 
• Limit 1 Bonus per 1 Course Completion – 1 to 1 match with a course completion, Only 1 past BOT Participation Bonus is allowed per application. 
• The combination of incentives and bonuses must not exceed project cost, excluding new RCx projects and new BOT projects. 

Earn up to $4,000 with the new GHG Project Bonus for qualifying projects that deliver long-term greenhouse gas reductions.

Planning an energy project? Earn up to $6,000 in bonuses when you complete a qualifying energy assessment or compressed air study and then complete an associated new project.

• Earn $1,000 for completing an on-site energy assessment and a new project. 
• Earn $5,000 for completing a compressed air study and new project for your facility. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Compressed Air Study performed by outside vendor. Contact Energy Advisor Services for a complete list of vendors.
• Level 1 or Level 2 Assessment performed by Potomac Edison’s Energy Solutions for Business Program partner, CLEAResult.
• Customers must request an assessment during the Submission Period.  
• A Level 1 or Level 2 assessment will be required to be attached to an application submission to receive the Assessment bonus. 
• Compressed Air Assessment will be required to be attached to a compressed air application submission to receive the compressed air study bonus.  
• Only Open Network Programs are eligible. 
• Limited to greater than 100kW max demand accounts.
• Projects must be preapproved by Dec. 1, 2026. Preapproval typically takes up to 15 business days after a complete application is submitted. Incomplete submissions may cause delays and result in your application not having adequate time for review in order to meet the preapproval date. Applicants are encouraged to submit early to ensure adequate processing time.

Complete a Benchmarking Study and receive $1,000 when the project is completed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Open Network Programs are eligible.

• New project will be submitted during the Submission Period.  

• Benchmarking Study needs to be completed before an enrollment application is submitted.  

• Limited to above 100kW max demand accounts. 

• Past benchmarking studies done by CR are eligible starting Jan. 1, 2025. 

• Projects must be preapproved by Dec. 1, 2026. Preapproval typically takes up to 15 business days after a complete application is submitted.
