If you’re a small business customer completing multiple upgrades, you may also qualify for the Building Tune-up Program, which offers even more opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• The Small Business Direct Install Program is available for non-residential customers with average annual demand of 100 kW or less. 
• Project types can include commercial, institutional, industrial, religious and multifamily common areas.
• Requires that improvements be installed by our Closed Network Providers.
• Customers may be eligible to receive an additional 10% of the project's incentive amount if they are classified as Government, Non-profit or Institutional (GNI).

To qualify for incentives through the Small Business Direct Install Program, equipment must have been purchased and installed after January 1, 2024, and after the receipt of a formal pre-approval letter from the Program Administrator.
