How to Get Started

  1. Register and create a profile on the Program Portal. Then upload the following documents to My Profile:
    • W-9 dated within one year of submission.
    • Certificate of Insurance – Expired insurance policies or any policy within 30 days of expiration will not be accepted.
    • All applicable licenses. Expired licenses or any license within 30 days of expiration will not be accepted.
    • Two customer references on customer company letterhead and dated within 30 days of submission.
  2. Sign the Code of Conduct and Participation Agreement. Email [email protected] to have these documents sent to you via DocuSign.
  3. Complete two projects within Potomac Edison’s Energy Solutions for Business Program.
  4. The program team will review your documents. If approved, we will notify you to attend a training webinar. Once you’ve attended the training, please let the program team know, and we will add your information to the Program Ally Directory.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Lighting and HVAC distributors interested in offering Potomac Edison’s Instant Discounts can complete the distributor enrollment form to determine eligibility.
